The Kalama Sutta is a timeless teaching by Lord Buddha that addresses the confusion and doubts people often face about Dharma.

The Kālāmas of Kesaputta, tired of conflicting beliefs and intellectual debates, approached the Buddha for guidance. Instead of asking them to blindly follow any doctrine, the Buddha advised them to rely on their own experience. He encouraged them to observe whether certain actions led to harm and suffering or to happiness and well-being. This teaching emphasizes the importance of personal insight and experiential understanding.

The Buddha also introduced the techniques of Ānāpāna and Vipassanā to help individuals cleanse their minds and cultivate inner peace. Today, this 2000-year-old practice of Vipassanā meditation remains accessible to all, offering a path to liberation and happiness.
